Amy Dobson is the owner of Reclaim Interiors. Originally from Alaska, she has had several career paths that led her to organizing and decorating. Her background includes being a financial statement auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as working for the Alaska Governor helping to manage the Washington DC office and advocate for Alaskan policy matters.
Since moving to Virginia, Amy has been busy carving out a more creative life, spending copious amounts of time being enthralled with tiny houses and pursuing changes in the zoning ordinance that would allow her to park one in the neighboring counties.
Reclaim Interiors was founded as the perfect union of Amy's organizing and creative abilities. Her passion is to help everyone reclaim happiness in their home through organization and design, especially when dealing with small spaces.
Amy is proud to be a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). She also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the NAPO Washington, D.C. Metro chapter.
