Hello!

amy_dobson_reclaim_interiors_organizer_design

I’m so glad you are here! Let me introduce myself. My name is Amy Dobson; I am the founder, lead organizer and decorator of Reclaim Interiors. My passion is to help everyone reclaim happiness in their space through organization and design. But like many professional organizers, organizing and decorating homes is not my first career. My background includes being a CPA for KPMG and being an office manager for the Alaska Governor’s Office on Capitol Hill. Despite a few twists and turns in my path to starting Reclaim Interiors, two themes were common - organizing, whether it be money, workpapers, people or office supplies, and making spaces beautiful and comfortable to inhabit.

Since moving to Virginia from Alaska in 2011, I have been busy carving out a unique life for myself. On any given day off, you can likely find me visiting a local winery, obsessing about or touring a tiny house, laughing my cat Minion’s antics, or scheming about my small condo in Alexandria (in lieu of the tiny house I will build one day).
